Refund policy
Return / Exchange Process
To initiate a return or exchange:
1. Pack all items securely along with the invoice
2. Email us on businesstg20@gmail.com with:
- Order number
- Images of the product clearly showing tags and original packaging
3. Once approved, we will share the courier details for return shipment
⚠️ Shipping charges for return or exchange will be borne by the customer
⚠️ Shipping amount is non-refundable
After the product is received and quality-checked:
- The eligible amount will be credited as STORE CREDIT
- Store credit will be issued within 15 days of requesting the return
- Store credit can be used to purchase any product available on our website
Exchange Policy
- Exchanges are allowed for the same item or a different item
- All exchanges are subject to stock availability
- Any price difference must be settled at the time of exchange
Damaged Products
If the product is damaged during transit:
- Please ensure the tag remains attached
- Share images via WhatsApp immediately for verification
- Items without tags will not be eligible for return or exchange.
Order Cancellation
- Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order
- Cancellation requests must be made only via email businesstg20@gmail.com
- Please share your order number for faster processing
International Orders
