Refund policy

Return / Exchange Process

To initiate a return or exchange:

1. Pack all items securely along with the invoice

2. Email us on businesstg20@gmail.com with:

  • Order number
  • Images of the product clearly showing tags and original packaging

3. Once approved, we will share the courier details for return shipment

⚠️ Shipping charges for return or exchange will be borne by the customer

⚠️ Shipping amount is non-refundable

After the product is received and quality-checked:

  • The eligible amount will be credited as STORE CREDIT
  • Store credit will be issued within 15 days of requesting the return
  • Store credit can be used to purchase any product available on our website

Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are allowed for the same item or a different item
  • All exchanges are subject to stock availability
  • Any price difference must be settled at the time of exchange

Damaged Products

If the product is damaged during transit:

  • Please ensure the tag remains attached
  • Share images via WhatsApp immediately for verification
  • Items without tags will not be eligible for return or exchange.

Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order
  • Cancellation requests must be made only via email businesstg20@gmail.com
  • Please share your order number for faster processing

International Orders
